HALLOWEEN 3/3D (H3D) Now A PG-13 Rated Sequel ?!

HorrorBid • View topic – Is HALLOWEEN 3D (H3D) Casting Itself Into a PG-13 Rating?.

As the above link states, the Weinstein Brothers have decided to quickly move ahead with HALLOWEEN 3/3-D(after a two year delay)and are considering making it into a PG-13 rated film, with the likes of “Pretty Little Liars” ‘ Lucy Hale(replacing Scout Taylor Compton as Laurie),Briana Evigan, and Brad Dourif(returning as Sheriff Brackett) amongst the cast(so far) and no attached filmmakers annouced, despite the IMDB site listing both Patrick Lussier and Todd Farmer being still attached, although I highly doubt it if the Weinsteins will use Farmer’s script(which was written as a hard R-rated film and is rumored to be not good).

As much as I wish for a future HALLOWEEN film to return to the roots of John Carpenter’s first two entries(as well as Tommy Lee Wallace’s HALLOWEEN III),it looks highly doubtful if it’ll ever happen, and leave us all to replying to this rumored new PG-13 HALLOWEEN film with Steve Austin’s famous WWE term of “What?!”…”What ?!”…”What ?!”.

I'm just a simple genre cinema fan(NOT a fanboy and NOT a geek)who widely glimpses onto the latest in cinema news, cinema events, and world news of the day events, and just to warn you(especially if you're one of those politically correct elitists,or strongly despise folks that never brownnose the genre cinema media press):I do sharply bite.
