We’ve Now Lost Chris Cornell

With the massive wave of celebrity passings that are continuing onward, much to the point that I can no longer keep up with them(nor post about them),for news came out late last night that on-and-off Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell has just died at age 52(my age[!!!!]). UPDATE: it is being rumored to have been a suicide, which Chris’ wife is strongly denying and claiming that Chris was never suicidal(Chris certainly didn’t seem suicidal).

All I can say that not only was I very lucky to have seen Chris performing live twice, both solo and with Soundgarden, but I’m surprised upon how many of the 90s’ top singers have passed away in the last several years with Chris now sadly joining that very list and his unique and powerful voice that worthily ranked him with Ronnie James Dio and was excellent enough to enable him to sing for Van Halen(if Chris would have ever accepted the gig had Eddie Van Halen ever offered it to him). For Chris Cornell will be severely and heavily missed.

I also just heard that notoriously controversial Fox News chief Roger Ailes has also just died(at age 77),but that is news for another time.

I'm just a simple genre cinema fan(NOT a fanboy and NOT a geek)who widely glimpses onto the latest in cinema news, cinema events, and world news of the day events, and just to warn you(especially if you're one of those politically correct elitists,or strongly despise folks that never brownnose the genre cinema media press):I do sharply bite.
